Question about Attack Range

On your items, how much attack in the attack range stat is equal to 1 atk on items?

like say i had a 1 atk item, how much total attack does that add?

I'm pretty sure its measured by level and stats.

Adding +1 ATTK at say, level 10, will probably add maybe 20-30 damage range
Adding +1 ATTK at around level 100 would probably increase your damage range by 60-70+

At least thats my experience, anyone with any knowledge on the matter, feel free to prove me wrong.

I had just bought a king cent with 77atk and 6% ATTACK potentialed.. is that alot of attack being 6%?

Multiplier*(4+STR+DEX)*Weapon Attack/100.
