So far I found:

Pure gold Mechanic engine Level 120: Red kent's
Pure gold Mechanic Plate Level 120: Qualm monk trainee
Pure gold transistor Level 120: Chief Qualm Guardian

Gold Machine Leg (Lv100) - Rash

Grizzlys drop a leg. Pretty sure it was level 80? Already NPCed it >_>

I've found Iron (level 85 i believe) equips from various monsters in Magatia. (Arm, Engine, Body, Leg, Transistor)

Body definitely drops from Scorpions
Sand Rats drop the Arm (as far as i can remember)
I've also gotten a Leg and Transistor there, but i can't remember what dropped them.

CDs (not sure which) drop the level 50 engine.

ive gotten a pure gold transistor from yetis. transistors are the pieces with +dex right?

Mithril Mutae drop some level transistor. I forgot which though.

As far as i know its not like reverse items since they dont technically level up.

Pure gold arm=werewolf drop.

Level 70 I think engine from Samihos (nine-tailed foxes in KFT)
Found it on Tespia so I can't check now.

120 Arm dropped by birk

- Peach Monkey drops Iron Transistor (Level 85)
- Iron Mutae drops Iron Machine Leg (Level 85)
- Either Pandas or Grizzlies (pretty sure it was Pandas) drop Iron Engine (Level 85)

Gold Resistor (100) from either Death Teddies or Master Death Teddies. NPCed and forgotten, found 3 though.

Triple Rumos drop the level 85 Transistor.
