Two questions (item/skill)

About the Tree Branch Nose (the 10-slot, STR type): how does one upgrade it? Chaos Scrolls or was it only during an event?

Also, what skills instantly kill a monster (given that it deals enough damage), such as DW's Soul Driver and Evan's Earthquake? I know all the ultimates do but they got nerfed badly I think Assaulter also kinda works like that, dunno.

You could technically upgrade it with chaos "scrolls" from an event a lil while back, but now its either Face Accessory scrolls or chaos scrolls.

Second question is not really worded right. Also, with Lionheart its probably impossible (except for skills that are meant to do it).

Hmm... for the 2nd question I just gave it a thought and it might be related to lag, so nvm about it.
