A local cafe that started up sometime in the last 2 years. The food he makes there is amazing (and probably slightly more healthy than what I got), but my favorite are definitely the burgers.

How do you eat it? Can you squish it down enough with your hands to actually bite into the while thing?

Basically, I did a combination of both. Squished it down and then took a massive bite.
