I am not in omega sector.

I didn't see it there when I was doing all the omega quests again,though I /could/ have missed it because I wasn't looking. However, Dr Bing is still in the silo, obviously thats not any help though.

One of my friends just checked and said he couldn't find it. Where would the NPC be if it was there? Could they have removed the visual NPC but not the command to get in (like the underground entrance)?

A guildie has mentioned it, but my friend and I both assumed it was the npc that gave you the time traveler medal, not the one that lets you into the PQ. Have you checked personally? cause I have not (Omega sector's too far xD), though Im tempted to, despite the distance.

Darn, I got my hopes up only to see there is no proof.

I've checked personally, and can confirm that it is NOT there.

VPQ is gone. Probably forever.

Not scribbling out all the IGNs would do it too... but TBH the fact everyone has a Master Adventurer medal makes me think it is Tespia.

Well, weren't the cash shop and trade buttons replaced and merged with a "Cash" or something button in Tespia?

The NPC to take you to alien pq crash site is gone, but it is still in the data. I have a mule who I left at the site before BB and I can still access alien pq but I don't have a partner to do so. Once I leave, I won't be able to come back. I can confirm alien pq still exists, just not accessible anymore due to the lack of NPC to take you there.

I can testify that there is no way to enter the pq or pq area from omega sector. I scoured every map, including field maps, just to make sure.
