SP2?

should i degrade to SP1(is it even possible?)
do i need to do anything before changing to SP1 if possible?

You don't need to downgrade your OS. Check your HOSTS file for anything causing blockage to the Nexon servers as stated in other topics.

my hosts file is blank
and when i try to copypaste the
#127.0.0.1 guard.nexon.net
line, and try to save they tell me i dont have permission(and ask me if i want to save in documents instead)
when im already an admin ==
do i just still save to documents, to copy over to the etc directory

create a new hosts file, swap in the data, and delete the old one.
