Can't Install MS [ ERROR CODE = -40]

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Just downloaded MSv93 setup, and can't install. Keep getting this error code.

System is:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits
Never installed maple here, in this laptop.
MD5 signature: f835f1731eac4b2b6ff774a19995cf7d

How can you guys help me? Check the MD5 Signature of your maple v93 setup.
