Some more point to the Cygnus Knights could be nice. Ultimate Adventuers and A slightly higher blessing isn't enough.

Thats an awesome idea about the corrupted empress! At the end of the cyngus story the job instructors and the queen were still turned to stone right? Also looking at the destroyed Henesy I agree, its the future if we dont stop the Black Mage!

I remember when Nexon mentioned PvP in a press conference earlier this year. I also remember when I linked that EF thread here about upcoming press conference and "Big patch" it would be about.

Apparently they were right. This is BIG, not just reorganization, but a whole new big bang.
Legend revamp + new skills? PvP? 140lvl weapons? Alchemy, crafting thing? New Boss? TT expansion? DO.WANT

Umm... what? Your argument makes no sense, just because they are not cygnus doesn't mean they won't try to stop an enraged/controled/corrupted empress.

This is an MMORPG. Adding a final boss is redundant. Take WoW for example. Each expansion releases new content leading up to the final boss (ex. Lich King) until the next one ultimately releases with a new, more powerful enemy. I'm betting we won't even see the Black Mage as an enemy for quite a long time. We still have two more heroes after this patch to release yet another area on the Temple of Time (assuming that only one of the two remaining doors open up in this patch). There might be more Resistance Classes as well, it's hard to say.

Looks like a statue in his honor. If this is the future, chances are he died before the attack on Henesys. Depends on how far in the future this is - the job instructors, save for Athena (unless she died in the attack) could be dead too.

The wooden fences are intriguing. Looks like Henesys got walled up before the attack, meaning they were expecting this.

*Cygnus Anounce that they are recruiting new members, then they start meddling with the black wings, culminating with a fight against the dark witch.
*The past door to the time temple opens, allowing maplers to go and see how the black mage was trying to be revived, only to have his minion fail and summon Pink Been instead.
*Aran is revived from the snow. The blackw ings start recollecting the seal stones.
*Evan Joins the black wings, helping them to get the remaining seal stones.
*The black amge is finally revived, changing the maple world forever (Big Bang)
*In the town of edelstein, a rebelion against the black mage for the freedom of the town begins.
*The lion king van leon, who sold his soul to the black mage reawakens with rage.
*Then THIS.

That's preety much all that happened regarding the black mage.

FYI , Cygnus is like 10 years old (Black Witch said 1)
who knows maybe the future is as dark as Neo Tokyo and we are fixing them ?
And Cygnus was like corrupted and supports Black Magician
and we will have to fight with Knight of EVIL Cygnus

The Black Magician was also mentioned in Magatia's quest chain too. He used to work from his underground laboratory, over which Magatia was later built.

GMS will probably get this in February.

What I like is that Maple is not only a huge grindfest game anymore.

Not to mention the life skills were only announced; they haven't even popped up in the test server yet.

Here's a thought... Maybe the spell that the black witch put on Cygnus and the instructors was a curse to corrupt them. So in the future they are all evil and we have to snap them back to there senses(by beating the snot out of them). There could be like a pq to access the "Queen" where you had to fight the Cygnus instructors. Then after completing that you got access to the queen. Oh here's another idea the door to the future in TT could spit you out in the outskirts of future Hene. Then you fight your way through the black mages forces to hene were you learn about the evil CK. Then you fight your way to the 6 way road split and take a boat to Ereve and fight the queen + the PQ I talked about above. By making a future 6 way road split nexon could later add future kerning/ellinia/perion and what not. Then if they only added past hene/perion/kerning to ellin forest we would have a past present and future version of Vic. Thoughts?
