We will be performing an unscheduled maintenance on all game servers on December 9. During this period, MapleStory will be unavailable. Game maintenance will last approximately 5 hours. This maintenance will resolve the following issues:


Evan characters that have used Skill Books will have their skill mastery returned to the correct level.
Evan characters will now be able to use Skill Books purchased in the Cash Shop.
Characters will no longer become stuck in the Last Castle Tower map.

Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

lol same for me. I really hate how every SC/patch is from 5/7pm to midnight/2am my time...

Oh and Evans arent the only classes missing SP.

3 of my characters had 10 SP mysteriously vanish.

My cousin's characters had the same result

Other people in the forum have complained as well, stating that their SP was in fact missing.

Pretty sure almost everyone except for people who didn't lose a skill lost some points. you might have wanted to double check just in case o_o

I get up thinking 'k ill log on at 8 so i can get the ring as soon as the time resets' and they pull a maintenance >_<

They always do it at awkward times for me.

8am-midday isn't too bad, but when I feel my best around 10am-1pm, it's quite major. After 1pm I start to feel a LOT worse :x

I think my bishop is only missing 5 SP, and my hero is missing none.
Haven't checked my other chars.

Missing 3 points, I think those 3 points you get when you advance to 4job.

**Update** The unscheduled server maintenance has been extended by 1 hour.
