Getting same error, dam only can enter with mules same account wft!!! somebody knows what to do to solve this???

@ SaptaZapta: my first ticket, the same Gm replied the same thing as you, my second ticket, they closed with this reply:

I doubt any of those things are relevant, since this one character d/cs on *every* computer I've tried, while other characters, even on the same account, work just fine on every computer.
I guess this response they gave you is their standard "We have no bleeping idea what's causing that malfunction. Try turning off and on and slapping it a bit, maybe that'll jiggle it to work". Very encouraging.

I logged another ticket, got response "this issue should have been solved in the recent system maintenance", by "the recent system maintenance" it means the cash shop maintenance on 30th Nov, and it's not fixed even after big bang patch........it's been 3 weeks now!

My main started getting this error as well right after the BB patch. I know it was working fine just the night before the patch because I remember myself checking the CS the last time before I log off. I just tried logging to my secondary character in the same account and it's working fine T__T
Edit: Don't think it's relevant, but I'm running on Win7 Professional 64-bit.

Similar situation here.
My auto-pot has expired. I have one safety charm on me, and when that goes, I stop what little "training" I do now (the 999 ToT quests). Already had to outsmart the Sorcerer (who kills you with a potion) in order to avoid losing my charm. Nexon closed my first ticket with "thank you for reporting this" and my second is untouched for over a week. I can't get Karma to sell scar/targa helms, and Zak is glitched but even if they fix him I can't sell the helms I loot. I'd be running just for exp. I still have my pet and its loot gear, but I can't transfer them to my APQ mule so have to manually loot there (glad they fixed APQ tho). I live 10,000 miles from Nexon so my loot speed is about 1 item per second. Fun. Kinda sad how one can't really play without access to cash shop anymore... I wonder whether we'll be able to enter cash shop for the White Winter Sale, if they hold one. (Extraction seems to hint at one). I wonder whether I'll be able to revive my pet when it dries up on the 28th. I wonder why I'm even still playing this game...

I think I found a problem related to the situation, it applies to both of my characters that are stuck and doesn't apply to a few characters I tested that are okay.
Normally when you go over your EXP bar or your name, you can see your current exp/total exp + your id, channel respectively. On glitched characters, nothing pops up. Does it apply to anyone else? Anyone can find some insight into this?
