If they hadn't screwed up on half the classes, and lost their SP (Evan, NL for sure, maybe MMs too) then SP resets would be enough.

But missing SP in 1st/2nd/3rd job is not something you can fix with normal resets. You need a full reset that gives you 0 in every skill, and the right number of SP available for your level/job.

SP resets gives people freedom to test their own builds. when they say lolscrewyou meet n our terms, its constricting and makes it feel like we HAVE to do what Nexon tells us to.

Also its pretty unsurprising how they're only giving one reset per account. I really doubt they would give in to more whining and give resets to every individual character. I mean, think of all of the MONEY they could make out of desperate Maplers!

Every character didn't get them. if you had a character that fit into every level range for which they awarded AP reset packages, then the first characters you redeemed them on got them.

Nexon always does this after they get too many complaints from users after banning half the population from the forums for backlashing them. Problem is they don't listen to anyone, nor do they have the common sense to pre-plan everything ahead of time. Have you seen how many topics on the official forums are just for SP Resets or Complaints about the accuracy system? There are at least 15 separate topics total, not counting the outrage of some people over the 2x EXP Card removal from the Cash Shop. Overall, I actually now have no love left at all for -Hime-, or the Nexon forums which literally are nothing more than butt-kissers and brown-nosers.

Big Bang left a lot to be desired and still they didn't think, "maybe we should plan ahead for any situation". Well, they did and here's a list of shortcomings of Big Bang I have found:

No 2x EXP - Eventually you will want it when you get to 170+.
No VPQ - Say adios to ultra high level gear that was the strongest possible stuff.
Very poor Rep EXP - 1.2x is seriously laughable. 1.5x from Family Bonding is nice, but still getting that many family members together is very hard.
Nerfed bosses - I have heard rumors that some of the most challenging bosses are now extremely easy and aren't even worth fighting.
No AP and/or SP Resets - Many classes got screwed out of SP, others are missing SP, and even more didn't get skills reset like they wanted.
Accuracy system still doesn't work right - Training now for people is more or a chore than it was before, and without proper SP resets, as described above, training is problematic if not impossible.
Game still Crashes at random - Seriously this is getting old and annoying. The compatibility needs to be more than what it is, and why it isn't, is inexcusable.
