Uhm, if you have a Robo, you'll have 3 other quests available.
('Robo upgrade' to evolve your Robo, 'Educating smart pets (Pet Summoning)' to make your pet spawn next to you with /petcome and 'Educating smart pets (Speed by itself)' which makes your pet able to randomly talk at times.)
You need that juice for both of the Educating quests to finish it. O_o
(Both skills seem rather useless to me and I don't know why it's for Robo only.)
