The one multi-person-buff that remains is the "family bonding", that gives you and your juniors and their juniors 1.5x exp.
The catch is that you have to get them all online at the same time...

Somewhere on the horizon is the new guild system which includes a new form of exp buff. I don't know when that's coming to GMS or what the details are.

I don't get what's so funny? x2 cards aren't needed anymore with the new EXP curve. Hell, x2 cards would only make the leveling in this game an absolute joke. Yes, it'd make it even more of a joke than Ulti spamming / Leeching. It's THAT big.

I doubt the leveling speed for people around our lvls gonna see an increase until maybe Lionheart castle. Oblivion guardians used to give 7k something expay right? I 1 hitted those. I have no idea if Ill do the same after patch.

So you kill at the same speed and get the same exp per kill? You need less exp to lvl, but have no access to 2x exp cards or 2x exp rep buff? Sounds like no increase to me, though you might save a few dollars that you no longer spend on 2x cards.

Yeah exp rates above my level are so bad it's hard without 2x cards. At most i used to get like 5% an hour solo on 1x so at most i'll get like 10%? An hour now. I won't be pressured to buy NX and train faster though. I can try and reach 180 on my own.

I agree that it's been pissing the CRAP OUT OF ME, when these american kids jump to my face with their stupid 4th job characters that have been leeched and 2x exp:d with nx.

This was quite unexpected, but hey, this is great! Maybe I'll do my thing again.

I've already done the math.
This, especially combined with the deletion of 2x party buff, makes levelling at least 3x as hard for me. And that's assuming I can still 2-hit COGs after BB.

Done the same math, came to the same conclusion.

I'm very divided on this. I guess at least now I won't feel the need to buy a 2x card anymore, at the same time any idea I had about actually leveling anymore is squashed I think.

Oh, you know I only leveled to 153 so I can brag about hitting it pre-BB. I am definitely getting into the level range where training without 2x cards kinda sucked. (so yeah, 153 pre-BB without buying a single 2x card)



My to-hit rate is getting a massive boost cause I'm a BW Paladin... I think this sucks for Sword Paladins cause they already had much better KO rates.

Anyway, my Blast (with Ice/lit-weak) is 564.45%...

Chief Guardians are (for reasons awesome) 20% resistant so my non-crit Blast hits are 53-56.5k each, crits doing 63.7k-84.7k. Plus whatever Blast's 20% ignore def means (I think it's just changing 20% to 16%, but it may be a 20% chance to ignore all def)

So 57k average is... definitely feasible. The only time I won't make it is when I 3x non-crit, which is like 9% of the time.

Pre-BB I do 1065.75% per Blast, with real output something like 45000-120000 on Chief Guardians (2-4hko, mostly 2 hits)
