That is why averages are used. If it takes 150 cubes per item on average to be "end game" worthy, then that is over 200 USD per equipment per average user. Some people might get it in 1, but others will get it in 500. The extremes in either end cancel out.

I have no idea on cube usage. I know it's more than I am willing to spend, though.

They should make 2x EXP Cards 5,000 Nx if that's the case. That seriously would allow a profit on Nexon's behalf but even then getting one would mean some serious spending. Maybe they also could limit then to 2 Hours only as well.

We still got gacha as well as cubes, don't forget. and those gacha only equips like shoulder ones should bring even more spending effort in.

Anywayz. Weren't 1.5 (or 1.2?) XP cards created in some other version? I can see nerfed cards getting here, so people will still be able to get their exp boosts.

I find this hard to believe (not saying it's bad). Maybe they'll reimplement them with a 1.5x multiplier later on. In terms of "morality" and game balance, I think there's plenty of other more game-breaking cash items that also net them less revenue than 2x EXP coupons.

Hmm, suddenly this all seems a bit more... interesting and inviting to play again. Never really liked the new curve, but this... I do like.

I no longer have to set up 'dates' to train. I no longer need a reliable daily partner. I no longer need to do 4 full hours, or limited to 4 hours. I don't have to spend anymore money for training.

I might miss the EXP I'd get with it, but I think it's worth it. For people who like to train anything above casually, this is some good news.

I suspect this will turn out to be a fat arse blow to us people above 180. I was hoping leveling would speed up with the patch, but this will most likely result in the opposite.

best idea= put lvl limit on cards, lvl 1-50 1.1x cards, 50-100 1.2x cards, 100-150 1.4x cards, 150-200 1.7x cards

I've already done the math.
This, especially combined with the deletion of 2x party buff, makes levelling at least 3x as hard for me. And that's assuming I can still 2-hit COGs after BB.
It's nice that I no longer have to set aside 4 hours, pay $2, and round up 6 rep mules, just to train. But it sucks that even if I am willing to invest the attention, money, and hassle, I can't get over 2%/hr.

I hope we get Lionheart Castle quickly, and that it's all it's promised to be (although getting a party of 6 in underpopulated Kradia, and in my European timezone, sounds only barely feasible).
