transferring out of a new sever to an old one

ok let me explain this in a way that i'm completely understood, i have the max number of character which is 15 in windia. so lets say i made a new char on one of those new servers, and i wanted to transferr it back to windia. in that case if i deleted one of my 15 to make it 14 char so i have an empty char slot...so if i move the new char lets say out of nova to winda will it be put on my main account to have 15 chars back... i just wasn't sure since ive never done that before, but if you apply logic it dictates. that my senerio would/might work...i'm only asking for feeback just incase someone had experience with such a predicament ... ps thx in advanced.

Oh god, I doubt ANYONE here experienced it.

Logic dictates yes, though.

Note that there is usually a restriction on transferring out of a new world, so you won't be able to do this for a few months.
