Seriously doubt this will be possible. at best you might be able to stack a complete ring with a -1 day ring (ala lvl 70 and 50 lilin ring glitch), but im definitely sure they wouldnt allow 20atk 28 +all so easily... I would think.

That's the plan. If it fails, i'll keep the last ring and sell the 2 under it.

The big moment has a arrived, the much anticipated Big Bang update will go live tomorrow, December 7th! In preparation for this we will have a maintenace to deploy the game update starting on Monday, December 6th at 8 PM Pacific (11 PM Eastern). The maintenance will last 11 hours. During this time all game servers will be unavailable.

So depending on how much they extend it, i could be starting the ring event on the 8th.

Oh, it gets better. The known issues list didn't have that comment about the event an hour ago the last time I read the page. So if you're not logged in, or in the MTS, or in the Cash Shop, or on a boat at the arbitrary time the event triggers, you're s*** out of luck it seems. Good grief....

Yes, but as long as you don't screw up your build after the first reset you have no need for a second reset.

I'm probably just going to stay in my current server. Either that or move to a more populated one.
I don't know. What I do know is that I don't have 25$ to spend on char transfers. So I don't know what I'm gonna do.

And I don't want to get a new char to 70 on a new world and get a dana if the world is just going to whither away like the rest :/

Nexon is so stupid, seriously. It's like they saw people complaining and sneakily stuck this edit in so we could shut up.

Yeah, 1 day event where we get awarded the scroll. Why can't they just give it to everyone on login? What of the players that are inactive and don't keep up with Maple news, but will learn from a friend or something next week and want to try playing again? Whoops, they missed the ONE day they could get their skills reset. Guess they have to dish out money if they want to get back in the game, or start over again (they won't).

And I wonder if you get more than 1 for the account. It doesn't sound like you do.

You guys are thinking extremely irrationally. I really don't believe Nexon would be stupid enough to screw 99% of their population for no reason.

But that's what they're doing. Expecting everyone to log in on one day or forever miss their chance to fix their character (unless they want to pay the cash required to reset everything) is really horrible of them. They could easily just pull one of those events where you automatically get the scroll on signin if your character was made before the patch. Y'know, like they had that returning adventurer thing? How when I signed on for the first time in months a few weeks ago, I automatically got 10 AP resets in my cash shop inventory?

I won't be affected by this, because I can sign on my characters this day, but I'd imagine there are quite a few people that might miss their chance.

Not to mention this crap is days after the patch is launched, so we'll play with half complete characters for a few days before actually getting to experience Big Bang.

Hmm so anyway... any solid answer on what happens to access/quests completed before this patch? Will people have to redo quests to buy summoning/magic rocks, fight bosses, go through time temple, etc. again or will pre-Big Bang characters still have full access?
