Just like how all the girls were trying to end Breast Cancer or domestic abuse by making their FB status a sexual innuendo about liking their purses at a certain spot. I honestly wouldn't have been surprised if it was an actual article, with the crappy news articles we're fed all the time. I wasn't going to check if it was a real entry or not, because it seems pretty much like a legitimate story.

They should have used Fox News for the website instead of CNN though. That would have made it 100% believable.

You can have anything-cancer. So men and women both can have the same cancers (except for genitalia, which is different). Basically anything with cells can have cancer.

Anything with a stronger cell growth is more likely to have cancer (breasts produce lots of cells, skin renews all the time, stomach wall renews all the time, liver suffers damage and recovers from alcohol, etc)
