My thoughts exactly. Other than minor things such as HP Recovery/Endure (Warriors) and MP Recovery (Mages), what skills were ultimately removed and not rebalanced or revamped?

The double mastery / booster / fa for warriors, and ensuing 3rd job skills.

Possibility of no full sp resets? Nexon you better give em over or else this will happen!

I suppose that is what they mean although those skills were merged.

EDIT: What are the prices of 3rd job resets? If we don't get full resets, I'll need 9 to get my build set.
You know, after I'll be done nerd raging because of no resets. I'm assuming I'd be better of purchasing a new Xbox360/PS3 game with the money instead.

Oh joy, patch notes Big Grin I'm liking what I see here.

Although, lul that they won't do a full SP reset. I'm pretty ok with my build, so I don't need a full reset, but I hope I still get SP from those skills that had their max levels reduced. :/

I'm hoping they are just saving the announcement for the last minute like most of the crap that they do.

Seriously, I have some major changing to do for my bishop's build, including downgrading my genesis and getting holy attraction.

I will uninstall this game forever if they ruin the single best part of big bang (for me).

I think the word they picked, "consolidated", actually fits here.

Not trying to get any hopes up or anything... but, could this mean something?:

"In Big Bang, almost all the skills have been changed and some have been eliminated. Some users will be surprised to see a favorite skill have its power reduced. When you look at the class as a whole though, you’ll find that every class is now playable and fun, even at low levels. We encourage you all to take another look at all your class’s skills and rethink how you spend your SP."

I think the accuracy system is still a bit harsh.

I think for monsters up to 5 levels above you, you should only lose 2% for the1st 5 levels the monster has on you, then for every level 6 and above, its a 5% deduction. To only fight monsters at and below your level is a bit cowardly. A TRUE WARRIOR CHALLENGES THE STRONG.

Other than that. GRRRRR IF I DON'T GET MY SP RESET. GRRRRRR.

I'm just holding my breath, just waiting to see if nexon makes resistance have to pay NX for skills. THEN i'll get really pissed off. Though im already pissed off at the fact that we may not get free FULL sp resets..

You can challenge the strong. You'll just miss. I've never seen a problem with training on monsters that you have a 75% hit rate on.

I HIGHLY doubt that we won't get an SP reset and I think this is another wait and see thing and people need to stop overreacting before the actual thing hits.

Wow... All the enthousiasm I've built up for Big Bang over the past months has been blown away by the mere thought of Nexon not giving full SP resets...

Monster levels are an arbitrary number.
Would you feel better if the accuracy formula only started to penalize 5 levels above your own - but all mobs had their levels increased by 5, with no other change to stats?

The problem I have with the new mob stat system is that you're not allowed to challenge anything you can't 1- or 2-hit, at least until very high levels, except for bosses.
That really feels like you're picking on the weak instead of challenging something worthy of your prowess.

Eh, good points @ Dusk & Sapta. My feelings are mostly a holdover from other games I've played. That and i liked the old system which meant i could go higher on accuracy allowing me to train on higher lv mobs early, now with that advantage gone i absolutely have to focus on damage during the early levels.

Luckily I'm an Evan so I lose pretty much nothing in the terms of spRolleyesThough I do need to rebuild my Sader and Sin>.>

While I agree completely with Dusk, I think it's important for it to be said outright prior to the patch that we won't stand for anything less than a full SP reset, because Nexon has been known to pull some quick ones. If we ask and are ignored, it looks worse for them then if we hadn't said anything and they claim it "just slipped by."

But expecting them not to put them in based on a snippet of vaguely related text is a little too much.
