No xmas events yet? Just noticed o.O

None of this makes sense. The devs alluded to 'playing around' with classes they usually wouldn't use. So wouldn't they know some classes need a full-on reset?

I think they mean they don't want you to get raped if you go to skeles on your second job.

Also, disappointed for the lack of Christmas events. Hopefully they'll also release Happyville along with that "small" polar bear event.

I will be a lot more disappointed if they don't give out SP resets. A LOT MORE.

But it'd be expected from them. They want us to spend NX for them, afterall..

Certain portals are level limited, I couldn't get into the Ludibrium dungeon (leading to Pap) at level 10. Made it to the pot store and clowns. I only wanted to go farther so I could die and get back to town faster, instead I jumped off the really tall ladder and died that way =x



And yeah, my dexless Aran, with potential +acc gear, has 250 acc, and hits Galloperas 100%, since level 73. At 77 I'll be able to swap acc glove for atk glove and get a fairly large (about 15%?) damage boost, so maybe I'll see even higher exp rates. It'll take a bit longer to swap Maple Karstan for a real weapon, but it's not like 80%/hr with the Karstan is slow.

The only one I know of is you can't enter Sleepywood dungeon until level 50. And of course ToT, where you can enter the first map but not go further.
They might have raised the level to get out of Leafre (was it 20 before?), but not to the point you can't go to skeles before their level. However, with the accuracy formula in place, you don't *want* to go to skeles until you're very close to their level, anyway. On second thought, I'd be upset if I can't get my level 50 HB mule to wherever my higher level chars are training, through Door or family tele at least.

Most areas are still free access, though, and if you get murdered, tough luck.

No SP reset = Might not play my AM I wanted to reset all the points and max out CL.

Okay, if Nexon doesn't give full SP reset, Asiasoft probably won't either.

Well, at least I have 3 months to get over this.

And if this makes you feel better, TMS has skipped 2 annual events this year, and will be 3 by the end of December. Of course people raged about this all over the forum, really annoying when time passed by.

Actually, depending on the number of people in your party, a leeching HS mule could be better than a non-leeching one.

HB mule saves my bishop a lot of money at skeles. Of course with Genesis not being spammable, that probably doesn't matter anymore.

All the ones I spotted were level 50, I don't think it'll actually be an issue unless your HB mule is level 40, and you can just grind that up to 50 in a couple days. (and unless they change the leech formula, skele HS mules can be up to level 13x now)

Another note.. we can confirm they changed 2x cards to 1.5x. 1hour long cards sounds nice for casual people like me.

No we can't, by this logic we can also confirm that they no longer last 4 hours but only 1 hour.

Just wait tomorrow and see if you don't beleive me, this isn't the only case they've talked about 1.5x cards after Big Bang. & All i'm saying is 1hour *could* be an option now which would be nice.

I see lots of concern regarding "level restrictions." I hope that, besides specific level-restricted portals like Stereo mentioned, everyone also paid attention to Nexon's note about the biggest change in the accuracy formula (something we've known since June) - the fact that your accuracy is reduced by 5%/level for each level lower than that of the mob you are.

So for example, to answer Satellite's query of "does that mean I can't go to Skeles until I'm at or above their level?" well, yes, kind of, as they're 147/153 now (iirc), so if you're 133 you'll still be missing them 100% of the time.

Oh, and:

o Most NPCs in Maple World received a lesson in grammer, so their dialog should be grammatically correct.

Even Leafre and ToT had these limits set in before Big Bang. I remember I had to use Magic Door to get a Ring Mule out into Skeles at some point. I could really see El Nath getting one since it use to be level 50-90.

That's the one change I dislike. The one thing I've always done is trained at monsters higher than my level. This will make getting the Veteran Hunter medal quite difficult, if nigh impossible until 120+.
