Wild Hunter Jaguar

My friend and I were discussing the different colours of jaguar mounts you can get. I know you have to capture it, but how rare is the black one with glowing eyes? And how exactly do you obtain it? Do you have to pay to get in the jaguar map, do you only get 1 chance at the jaguar? It may already be listed here but I can't find it.. that or I'm not looking hard enough.

Jaira appeared ONCE in a specific time in KMS every day.

(For example 5:00-6:00 It spawned once.)

I'm pretty sure there's another time you can catch it. I don't remember anymore due to:
1. didn't really effect me
2. been a while
