prefect time for big bang to come out! (not)

I cant even log into the dang website, non to mention the dang game without running into a bugged deactivation message i have been getting for MONTHS. i had to file a ticket at my grandmas house because it only reactivates on a different ip address...
1 month and still no reply... (sometimes check with hot spot shield)
to make things worse i cant even remake an old comcast email to get the deactivation email on my main because the username is "taken."
and send nexon a birth certificate with a fax machine i don't have just to change an email.. good one

I think this should be moved to the angry dome...?

Anyway, that sucks. I hope you can find a way to resolve your issues at least before Big Bang is released. =/

Maybe you just got IP banned for a reason or another. Though this is hardly the right forum to post this in. Didn't you already complain about this a couple of weeks back?
