Quarantining would be more accurate.
Either way it'll result in them being unable to post and being able to be counted separately from "live" users.

Accounts registered with throw away emails (10minutemail, etc) will likely be purged and any of those services we find that we haven't already banned from registering will be banned at that time.

I just managed to lock myself out of my account somehow... this is duelman.

Tried to update my email since it was a temp email addy and then logged out to try and remember my password. Things didn't work out so well (I know I know).
