Straight-forward Question on Potential stats

My rare Reverse Engaw (haven't used any cubes) has 3% Accuracy, 3% Avoidability and +24 Accuracy. Is that a good sign? Ignore the fact that its useless stats; are the numbers (3/3/24) good? I'm not aware of what signs tell me my equipment can become the ideal 9/9/6 so I need some help.

there are no "signs" just keep cubing any lvl 71-120 equip 3lines can get 9/9/6 but wouldnt u rather get 30% boss on a weapon o.o

9) An addition to point 8
You can identify whether the equipment can hit 9% 9% 6% or 9% 6% 9% at an early stage.
A 3 liner equipment will show the statistics eg..
+10dex +5int +1% dex -> This type of equipment are bound for 9% 6% 6%
whereas a
+10dex +5int +10str -> This type of equipment are bound for 9% 6% 9%

I don't know how true that is, but you are saying that even with my crap start, I should continue cubing and be able to get 9/9/6 and/or 30% boss damage?

Oh yes most certianly you could. My glove and shield started with terrible potential stats(defense luk hp). Now they're my best potential gear.

you can reveal the crappiest stats and get up to god-tier stuff.
