I didn't vote for Dark, and haven't because I'm not convinced he's mafia. Just as I'm not convinced your mafia either. However, if we follow your logic, Dark isn't a mafian else Kajiti would vote for him, and you aren't a mafian, and thus neither of you are mafians and you're both working rather hard to do the mafia's job for them. I think it'd be awfully unpleasant if you and Dark weren't mafia and all this was a rather bad diversion that's let the mafia hide in plain sight while you two duke it out.

No, because if Mute decides to modkill these players then I fully believe that town will be royally screwed due to his previous comments that almost everyone has a power. Just out of curiousity, did you use a night action to determine that fact? Or some other means that might have been tampered with? Additionally, him lying and claiming catwoman doesn't assure you he's actually a mafian, he could be another townie with a name that leads to an obvious night action/role. As I said, I have some reasonable doubt about anyone claiming to know anything for sure given what I've seen so far in this game.
