T-minus 6 Days Till Impact

Which is true, but releasing it on the day of the expansion makes us pick and choose which game to play, instead of enjoying Big Bang for a week, then moving over to Cata. It's pretty much forcing us to stick with Cata since day 1 without having the ability to play BB unless you purposely hold yourself back in Cata.

This is probably true, but you make it sound like Nexon is catering for us out of charity and love, as if they give a fig about giving WoW players a chance to try BB to have something to do before Cata. From Nexons standpoint I doubt you are especially interesting as customers if you go after 1 week anyway. Would be dumb indeed to spend money on NX for 1 week of BB and then months of Cataclysm. And if you buy no NX, Nexon value you just about as much as toiletpaper.

I am glad that I have spent most of my free time since they announced the patch to find some other games to play.
That way when the sh|t hits the fan, I won't bother spending time waiting for it to come up like the olden days.

I don't understand why people think that the patch will be THAT glitchy. The only patch that has been that uncomfortably unplayable was the Dual blade patch, I can't remember anything else other than long extensions when they patched a new job.

My first thought is SP resets, I just got this feeling that they will pull a JMS version that gimps us of some SP.

I'm sure there are tons of glitches that won't get fixed.

Actually I was more then happy with the DB patch then the majority of other recent patches. I never DCd or had any lag issues. I was able to get all my early quests done with no interruptions because so many other people had problems with it. Now I have one other concern I need to get my MoNs before before BB. I only hope is that the servers are stable enough to start the ring quests and check out the new map and spawn layouts. I would also like to check out the new PQ system.

WoW isn't even close to being a grindfest. You can quest solely from 1 to 80 [soon-to-be-85], unlike Maple.

Well people have different opinions on which is good game, but if I were to choose, I would take one of those games like wow, that are free. Monthly fee is just ridiculous.

I think he means extensions with "delayed".

If I was running a game I would not give a release date until I was satisfied that I had done more than enough testing and that the game was ready to go...but I'm not Nexon. We shall see what state the game is in next week.

Also guys, it seems like you think no changes would be made after Tespia was closed. No. Then they could have released BB way sooner. I'm sure they did their normal bug checks, cause they had weeks of time after Tespia closed down.

Update: The Maintenance has been extended till we don't know when. We're just sitting here thinking about what to do and GM -Hime- made us so very very good steak. It's so good..oh right patch! Just wait for it!
