Where in the world did you come up with this notion? Survivability increases thats for sure, so you might save in on charms. You lever faster at earlier levels but that does not take away the use for 2x EXP, especially since family system no longer provides you with great EXP buffs. But the main iffyness of your claim is about potential system. A common problem with people and their idea of Big Bang is that every character will be brutish in power, but at the same time they seem to forget that monsters are getting harder to kill. I dare say that people gonna find it harder to kill high level monsters unless they have some decent potential on their gear than it is to kill skeles and chief oblivion guardians without it pre BB. So nothing about BB really support your claim. Sorry to burst your ballon. xP

I will disagree with your claim on you need nice potential gear to last out on high leveled monsters(and or bosses if you meant that). A few of my guildies banded together and made KMS accounts in the same world. They made a hero, dk, i/l mage, and a shadower. According to them their power compared to what it is in GMS is almost an astronomical increase. Taking down Zakum solo in about 15-20 minutes with some basic potential gear. They also seem to have no problem training and very much see it less as a chore and more of an fun experience. But according to them they can still very much take bosses as well as other people can and they're barely funded. Does this mean it doesn't matter if you have great potential gear you won't be ahead? By all means no. The point across is even with the simplest of potential on gear they can still very much hold their own even if they are out shadowed by insane 10 billion meso funding.

It's 4:20 PM PST now. I'd venture a guess that if they were going to use them, they would have by now. Having said that, I know fully well that chances are nothing will happen until the 6th (if it really is on the 7th).

Didn't really need a new thread, and really no one was agreeing with Satellite's lack of logic. There is one thing we know for certain about the Big Bang patch: it will come in December.

Then, given patching precedents over the last two years specifically, we can assume it will be on a Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning (or later depending on extensions)

Wednesday December 1st (really, really unlikely)
Tuesday December 7th through Wednesday, December 8th
Tuesday, December 14th through Wednesday, December 15th
Tuesday, December 21st through Wednesday, December 22nd (very unlikely due to proximity to Christmas)
Tuesday, December 28th through Wednesday, December 29th (extremely unlikely for business purposes)

That really only leaves two reasonable possibilities. And even then, they are assumptions. There is no evidence of anything besides it being in December. These are the facts.

That's the problem, there was no proof of it being scheduled for the 7th, and you claimed some flimsy images were proof, when they weren't even evidence of anything more than the fact that there would be a 7 day countdown prior to the release. You picked an arbitrary date based on a single image and then added 7 days to it, and just happened to be right.

I'm not shutting you down; you were right. But your reasoning wasn't and anyone who celebrates this thread because of it is only encouraging terrible "logic" and we've seen far too much of that around here recently. Celebrate the date, don't excuse the reasoning.

@Canute I didn't call him dumb. Satellite makes very interesting posts, I enjoy reading them a lot. I called his reasoning wrong; that's in no way a reflection of my opinion of him.
