When all Mafia is dead, the game is still going until all neutrals are dead. Not in the rules but I assume this is true.

Anyway, I noticed that the end of Kurtle's role PM said that he wasn't allowed in the Mafia IRC room. Leads me to believe that there are a few aligned mafia with a few neutrals that are mafia-allies. Thoughts?
