It's all luck, I could give you a lecture on the REAL way you get EXP hair, but off course, I won't, not publicly anyway. 90%% of my EXP hair have been 1-3 goes. Depends as I said. If you want the oh-so-real way, PM me =)
Other than thay, I suggest for a good chance to get EXP hair in about 2 goes, (which has worked for me many times) : Click EXP person like 7 times b efore you buy each coupon! Btw. Go to ch4! It stands for A!

The hair isn't so hard to get. It was trying to get that Male Ariant EXP face (With the eyes closed all the time) that made me stop buying NX alltogether. (I would prefer not to disclose the amount of money I spent trying to get it - and failing miserably.)

It's all luck. I got an orbis exp in 1 shot that I wanted. Another time I went to Henesys for one and it took me 8. It just happens however.

Pure luck. Spent about 100 US dollars to try to get my gf's DK her Sonara Wave hair, yet to no avail. She ended up getting a diff hair. As for my Hermit, got an EXP hair that I wanted (in Amoria) in about 7-8 tries. Got the long hair with the pink bowls on the side at Orbis.. in about 7 tries on my Night Lord too, lol. Got that same hair on my Cleric in about 15+ tries.
