Big bang 3rd of december? Does this screenshot seem legit?

This SC/update is for "security reasons" so the BB patch could still be this week. Yeah it is a long shot though.

The first few days will be chaotic and probably even unplayable. I'll wait until everything calms down.

There's a high chance there will be major exploits, bugs, plenty of unscheduled maintenance, maybe even rollbacks. This means, at least to me, the official release date isn't until everything becomes stable and I don't have to hide in fear due to all the errors.

If Nexon gives an exact date I'll just add on a few days to that.

I would actually be kinda annoyed if they did that; just because they turned a 9 hour server check into a 24 patch.

They already started using the pictures in their facebook. I would like to get BB this week too, but quit dreaming, it's not gonna happen.

Nexon strikes me as the kind of company that can't even rely on itself. Maybe they have a hard internal date of the 3rd, or the 7th, but what does that mean? As new questions and bugs come up they push it back and back again. With Nexon, until its actually up and running don't take anything as a for sure.

Truthfully, i think that would be pretty freaking awesome if they did that.

Though now that this update is occuring. I'm believing we'll see a Dec 7th Big bang now.

My luck has been pretty good with Maplestory - I won two of those logout prizes in a row on the same character within a week and I've never been banned due to glitches.

I think I'll take my chances. Glitches can't be too bad.

They wouldn't have an update immediately follow a 9 hour maintenance. It wouldn't make sense. If anything, this maintenance pushes back the date of the big bang patch.

I bet you they would. Why wouldn't they? It's not like someone is going to complain "oh you are putting in Big Bang, but since you had a 9 hour maintenance when I wasn't playing anyways, I'm going to whine because I feel like it."

Their server checks are always this long now a days. You can be pretty confident that no patch will happen this week, but this does not in any way mean, even remotely, that the patch can't be next week. Myself, I'm going all in for next week.
