December 7th feels likely if only because it coincides with WoW's release of Cataclysm. Trying to compete I guess?

Anyone ever thought that maybe, now just hear me out. They could do the patch this week and then have a server check monday night and open servers Tuesday morning?That way the ring event is on schedule? Just because NEXON usually patches Tuesday-Wednesday doesn't mean it's a universal rule they have to follow.

I still think it's a countdown for the Resistance release date.
For all we know they could put it up during the patch has started "Resistance Coming in December" then start the countdown leading up to the release.

Because he's not really wrong. When the Resistance was first introduced we got this:

 First Resistance

It wasn't until after Big Bang settled that we got what the real resistance looked like

 Present Resistance

To make that comparison that maybe this is advertising for Resistance is not wrong and it's right now a 50/50 shot.

No. Thing that is absolutely solid is that fact that it is in December. Although, it would be smart on Nexon's part to release it within the first week to prepare for the holiday.

Totally implying those images will be used due to the fact that this one is already in use. "Coming in December" applies to the Big Bang patch itself, it's probably been there for ages. I wouldn't know since I don't check the facebook page. The countdown itself will probably, although not sure, be used for something else or not used at all.

It's being combined with the fact that the evolution ring event ends on the 23rd or something, subtracting the number of days needed for the ring to fully evolve leads to 7th being the most likely conclusion.

Using math to exclude dates provides us a range within which the event in question is likely to occur. At best, you could say that Decembeter 7th is very likely, but stating that it's 100% confirmed (even if it does happen) is factually wrong.

At the very least the OP should have presented his argument for December 7th in its entirety instead of just giving us his conclusion and saying Q.E.D.
