so the maple syrup made my face go from 5 dex to 4 dex

Only got one leaf for now, but I did get it scrolled twice. Currently at 9 STR 5 slots for my crusader.

I got a 2nd leaf. +5 LUK again and also I found leaves from pretty much anything around Henesys and Elinia.

My 5Luk 7 Slots Maple Leaf magically transformed into a 5Luk 6 Slots Maple Leaf (+1)...

So the scroll worked, but it didn't change any stat, it only added a +1 to the item name and removed a scroll slot! ROFL? Bugged?

Not a bug (I think), a bunch of people experienced this. It failed or something =O.

People's definition of this scroll is horrible...

It has a chance of adding or subtracting 5/3/1 stats, as well as the chance to NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL.

I'm pretty sure it could add/subtract 2 and 4 too, like a chaos scroll.

I had the most interesting results yet.

I randomly went into MTS and bought a 60% Face Accessory for HP Scroll, which worked.
8 INT 15 HP 5 slots

Here's where the results got interesting. Notice the Syrup caused -4 to the INT and +20 to the HP
In other words, -4 stats and +2 stats simultaneously. My nose became 4 INT 35 HP 4 slots.

Interesting again. This time, the Syrup added 3 INT and 10 HP.
Apparently, unlike a Chaos scroll which follows pre-existing scroll patterns, the Syrup doesn't seem to follow any patterns at all.

This time wasn't as interesting. It only took away 10 HP, or -1 stat. No effect on the INT.

The Syrup added two INT, but took away all the HP. That's exactly the opposite of the third Syrup...
The Syrup +2 and -4. Very interesting. It seems to follow a pattern, but not really...

The Scroll had no effect on the item. I was seriously NOT expecting that.
This further proves again that Syrups don't work like Chaos Scrolls.

We need more people willing to try scrolling two-stat leaves. Most people are just doing one stats right now and it's so BORING. >.>

I want to try three stat leaves but those Avoidability scrolls are so expensive. >.>

Does that mean that you could use maple syrups on regular face accessories (that don't expire)? Meaning, if you gave it a stat of some sort, you could then get it way higher and whatnot. Like...150 HP face accessory? :O

It doesn't matter. You can always get another one. The leaf quest is repeatable every two hours and the syrup quest every 30 minutes.
Screenshotted proof? Look at my second scrolling. I still have the first Leaf.
