IP Unban/Reactivating Account Troubles

I don't know where to put this so Imma just put it here. Feel free to move it if it doesn't belong here.

Can anyone help me on this? So anyway, this is what happened:

1. I saw the "Big Bang Tespia" Notice on Maplestory website
-thinking at least one of my many mules account have to be chosen-
2. I slowly log on to all my accounts
3. After logging on to 30 account I got IP banned
-Non of 30 account got chosen to be in Tespia ---SADLY!-
4. I fill in the IP Ban form to get my IP unban
5. Waited ONE WEEK -- Got my IP unban
6. Log on to my account
- Got the message saying I have to reactivate my account-
7. Clicked on the "Sent Reactivate Account to email"
8. Log on to my email
-Clicked on "reactivate Account" link
9. Log on to account
-It tell me to change my password-
10. Changed my password
-I got that message "Successfully change password" or something like that
11. Go to nexon website and log back in
12. I got that stupid message again saying that I have to reactivate my account
13. I REPEAT Step 7-12 over and over again until I got that message saying "you have exceed the changing password limit" --or something like that

I don't know what to do now. I can't submit nexon a letter, since I can't even log on to my account with that stupid message "Reactivate you account"

Anyone else got this problem beside me?

Maybe reactivating your password takes time right now. Since Nexon is upgrading their servers.

If you log onto more than 10 accounts on the same IP, they'll IP ban you.

They only sent Tespia invites to extremely active characters. The invites were not randomly chosen.

I don't think it's because Nexon is upgrading their server. I try reactivate all my account but the same things happen to all of them; I keep getting the "please reactivate your account" message on all of them after I reactivate them. This is weird. Any suggestion people?

Since nobody else is, I'll toss some longshot ideas:

After 'Successfully change password' exit and restart browser, or clear cache maybe.
What happens if you try to start game from game launcher at that point?

What happens if when you get the message for the second time that you must reactivate your account, instead of sending it to email again you re-click the link on the email from the first time?

I tried exiting my web browser after seeing the "successfully activate account/change password" screen; it still take me to that "reactivate you account" page.

When I start game from the gamelauncher thingy I got the message, "unable to contact login server. please try again."

Nomore reactivation page showing up. Errrrrrrrrr......... Just read the desciption for more infor. I was using Hotspot Shield; c'mon who doesn't use HotSpot Shield to watch megavideo/anime/movies

Yes it does work. I launch MapleStory from the website and it worked; I don't know if it work with MapleStory Launcher. But I can't login Combat Arms this way -- It keep giving me that message "unable to contact login server"

yeah samething is happening to me, i just reactivated with a different ip but still cant play cause if i try to log on my ip i'll just get my account unverified again
