Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm watching the Macy's parade now but later we will have:

To eat while the turkey is cooking:
Spinach artichoke dip
hummus
pretzel crackers

Main course:
Turkey- the first one I've ever cooked! Eek
green bean casserole
twice baked potatoes
stuffing
gravy- first time to cook that too- Rolleyes (there is backup gravy just in case)
crescent rolls

Dessert:
Pumpkin pie
Apple-Cranberry pie

Everyone Enjoy Your Day!

Thankful this year for my family not deteriorating, making new friends, understanding who I am a little better, having money, and the Republican Party gaining majority. God Bless America!

Dinner will consist of:

Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, homemade gravy, homemade stuffing, homemade rolls, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, and probably some other things I'm forgetting.

Dessert will consist of:

Blueberry Pie
Pumpkin Pie
and my personal favorite: French Silk Pie.
All homemade.

I'd definitely have to say I'm thankful for my mom being such a wonderful cook and liking to bake! =P

Along with my family, friends, and being more or less free.

Bother. I forgot to get some apple cider & ginger ale to mix.
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.

Dinner:

Turkey
Ham
Homemade stuffing
Homemade rolls
Homemade mashed potatoes and gravy
Homemade cranberry sauce
Awesome super special awesome yams

Along with some homemade pies as well:

Pumpkin pie
Apple pie
Cherry pie
Chocolate pie

Followed by 6 hours of talking with family. T'was a fun yet tiring time. Best part to me was darting through a kitchen with two master chefs who taught me everything I know about cooking, baking and every possible thing dealing with food. (Mom and Grandmom.)

Singaporeans don't really celebrate Thanksiving...

In any case, I wish to say "Thank You" to both Fiel and Eosian for keeping this site up and running all this time.
