How does the mile stone thing work?

So if i were to buy the 4th milestone, would it be a bundle with 2x exp,hammer,and Ap reset for 30% off or is it separate

I know that, but if i buy mile stone 2,3or 4 will i get all 2 or 3 of the items as well?

They're not a package..
Think of a milestone as an unlockable feature. You unlock the ability to buy those items at 30% off. Am I misunderstanding you or something? Sorry if I am.

A milestone is an achievement, not an item. o_o

All it was is that if players bought enough NX, it would add up to a counter and whenever it reaches a certain number (thus, a milestone), those sales get unlocked. So we already HAVE the 30% off sales.

An example of a milestone would be reaching level 100 or making any sort of personal record.
