Question about Goblin master

can someone tell me where is the king sage cat ? i was thinking he was inside the same map of the master goblin quest but i cant enter the map because i ended the goblin king quest.

im really lost here can someone explain what to do to ?

100% Golbin Forest 2. CC around until you see blue text of area boss.

Master Goblin is in a map called "Fiend Priests Forest" which is accessible by pressing up on the stone structure in Goblin Forest 2. However if you didn't start the quest, a blue text will appear on the bottom saying "The fog is so dense that you cannot proceed any further" or something like that.
I'm not too sure though, but I think that's it.

That is where the master goblin NPC is.
The boss itself spawns in Goblin Forest 2.

It might spawn In both maps 1 and 2 but
