He's just assuming it's coming out in the next week or two due to the idea that everyone's getting that Big Bang is going to be released as soon as the events in progress will end (meaning a patch for Big Bang on December 1st).

Please, post the exact text that says Big Bang is going to be released on December 1st. If you can't provide 100%, without a doubt, proof, your argument is inert.
