nexon deactivates every account I make WOOOOOW!!!!??!?!?!

I am trying to get some help from nexon, because they deactivated all my accounts from a temp iP ban, and everytime I click the email link and change the password, it sends me back to the account reactivation page...
then when I make an account to make a ticket, it deactivates the account I make almost instantly. WHICH MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HELP!! what the hell should i do?

make the account on a different IP?

honestly, you cant do much until you change your IP.

I isp cant change it, I tried
and that ipconfig, then /iprenew, dont work
unplugging modem overnight dont work
changing ip to non-working back to working ip doesn't work
and isp is "unable to change ip"

and my ip is static....

??? what he was ip banned then he fixed it and was able to log in again, dont know how that helps

@Jon, yes I can get on, I just cant get help from anyone working with nexon because the reactivation link wont work and they deactivate all accounts i make

I'm un-ipbanned but like i said i can do virtually nothing because the reactivation will not work and they deactivate all accounts i make

So you got your ip unbanned but if you log on your existed accounts, it keeps asking you reactive it ? Maybe you got the same problem like this guy, both of you get IP unban instead of change to new IP

I got the same IP ban few days ago after logging on to 20 accounts to check if any of my accounts get invited to Tespia. But my IP is dynamic so all i have to do is reset the router and it works again for me, after reactive accounts i can log in fine

I think you should make new account from diffirent IP since it deactived your new account you made instantly. Then submit ticket to nx, explain all the things to them, be as specific as possible

Or, try change ur IP via ISP customer service :f6:

screw it, I wont play it for like a month and try it again, and if they didn't fix it by then then they are not worth my time, since if by then they didn't fix such a serious problem they are not a very functional company.Biggrin
