I assume regular users can't make pretty posts, because I don't see the option anywhere. But then how can Kal do it? :C

You don't have to buy donor status to buy effects. It's not a user option, it's a market one.

I think she means glowing posts.

You just need to use the [glow=*color*] tag.

Maybe it doesn't work in IE?

Also, if we still have the selective filter, just put the word glow in there. It'll prevent glow tags from working.[/COLOR]
