Boss Battles Thread

Maybe he's the ghost of a relative of Pink Bean? I don't know. I always thought of it similar to all of the monsters in the clock tower, part soul / part inanimate object.

Seeing as how the clock tower and Temple of Time are both time oriented, they're probably part of some grandmaster plot scheme where the other dimension is full of weird little boss monsters.

3 rocks total. Enough to make 1 timeless weapon! Not that it's remotely worth it nowadays =/

After experiencing both, I have to say PB is easier to survive that CHT >_> That Left head hitting 14K even without wings up is just horrible. R>Pallies F4

I can't SS well (scroll lock doesn't create pics at all, so I have to prnt scrn and paste to paint), so this will have to substitute for a pic of me actually killing Bigfoot for the first time. Took less than 8 minutes.



Threaten is fun sauce, I was taking 5.7-5.8k touch.

I didn't lag/DC/die for once!

Took me a while to learn how to pin it correctly, but after that this was made officially the easiest boss ever. The ETC piece didn't drop.

Yeee. Soloed Zakum during a 2x event.

YES!!! First RGS Solo!
Took ~40min to do and wasted around 500+ pots, but it was so worth it!

This might have been from forever ago but i figure i might as well put it here. It was when that one event was around that gave expiring masks.

The only time any of us, I think have ever, defeated Mu Gong. Sadly he didnt drop his card. Our Bishop died at Mu Gong. We BARELY beat him as i finished him with Bamboo Rain right before he won.

Not sure if they even enabled card drop from him (much like for Snack Bar, Centipede and Blue Mushmom in KFT). I have soloed him 4 times withouth seeing a card and that seems rather odd for a boss that so few could even get to.

So before Big Bang came I had one last goal to achieve before it actually came. That goal was to solo HT from start to finish with no one but myself. That being said this was my very first attempt at it:

Seduce got the best of me when I had just used Hero's Will on a previous seduce then I got seduced right away again and magic hit me two times in a row before the mobs could catch up to me. T_T

Now as of 8:50PM PST I wanted to take my second attempt at it since no one else wanted to HT before it glitched up again. And this time..I succeeded! With only 1 wheel being used on second Pre-Head due to seduce into rocks and only 7 Witch Pots (start to finish) I was able to achieve that goal! (I tried to get the SS of the EXP plus the drops but there was too much delay so I got what I could, you can faintly see the whole 20,673,700m EXP)

Total run time: 2 hours 11 minutes

There would have been more SS's during but there was obvious fear of DC'ing from doing so and I'm glad I didn't DC at the end taking this SS.
Only drops were a MW20, some crap skill books and a couple decent weapons. Overall I'm pretty happy I was able to do it and think I'll do it a lot more often now!

And then a duo with Tony afterwards just before the SC!

Anything is possible with wheels. Lots of them.

Thanks! And pretty much all you need is wheels for back-up, some high attack pots and make sure you got all cures lol because I cut it very close with less then 20 left. Also lots of pots and if there's a NL extra stars because I have 24 and only had like 3 sets left. >.< Was so scared aha.

Although this is true odds are if you HAVE to go through tons and tons of wheels to do something it's either not worth it or your not ready to do it. That and you'll most likely run or of something or everything within time.
