IP Banned

I was logging on my mule accounts (I logged on like 20) to find an IGN. I got IP banned. :X

I didn't try relogging on my main. Do I fix it by resetting my router?

"This IP/location has been banned for suspicious activity. If this is a public location or if you believe this has occurred in error, please contact Customer Support using this form."

If you can reset your router and have it auto-assign a new IP to you, if possible , then that's doable. Or call up your ISP and have customer service reset your IP address. That's a couple of ways to bypass the ban.

Erm....do you know why you were IP banned?

He might have been banned for logging on too many accounts in a short amount of time - Nexon might have thought he was a meso farmer or something. They had a similar thing going when they introduced the forced password change quite a while back - change too many passwords for accounts and IP banned.

I was IP banned for over 6 months without any response from customer support.

At least it finally got me to stop playing all of Nexons America's pomegranate once and for all.

I fixed the issue by changing my IP. And I still can't find my IGN... pineapple... digging through 100 accounts is hard.

What the hell? I can't seem to create or delete characters now, due to the IP block. I just changed my IP address now. I don't know how to lift the previous ban on my old IP. How long do I have to wait before I can create/delete characters?

This happend to me before since i accidently left hotspot shield on. i logged in on the site and had to verify my email then it was fixed

Most Ethernet cards can change their MAC (if you have a router that definitely should). That's where my cable modem used to get its MAC from anyway.
