the 3rd line stat, ignore 15% of the target physical / magic ATT mean?

I would assume that means you will take 15% less damage.

IIRC, It basically means there's a 15% to ignore Cancel W.Atk/M.Atk (when you do 1's), so you can actually deal damage to those annoying spammers like Pianus, Zak, etc.

You know skills like combat mastery, archer's marksmanship that bypasses certain % of target defense (PDrate), this is what that is. Not sure how that works pre big-bang though, and I don't know if it's additive or multiplicative after big bang either. Someone would need to test.

Pretty sure we determined everything was additive. Two 15%s equals 30% not .15*1.15

Yes. It's like lowering the monster's defense by 30%. You will do 30% of that enemy's defense as damage.

EDIT: I think it got translated wrong.

My gun has that bonus too, the only bonus that has 15% in it. It says "Ignore 15% enemy's w./m.def when attack".

That means either of these version got it wrong.
