Alien pq glitched?

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

Yesterday and today I've crashed from vpq together with the whole party. Does anyone know if a certain skill or something causes this? it happened in bomb and in the jq stage. I believe runner jobs were Evan, Paladin, NL, Corsair, Hero, DrK, BM, and DB.

Flash Bang, Poison Bomb are two that come to mind.

Couldn't this just be the same problem that some have been having with many pq's, jq's and rides lately? Supposedly any map that disables speed and jump bonuses or skills can cause disconnects if you attempt to use them.
(Or did that bug get fixed? Haven't heard)

First pq was in bomb stage with no db on our team so that rules out those two ^?

Corsair - Bullseye/Homing Beacon
Evan - Killer Wings

Not too sure about Killer Wings, but Bullseye/Homing has disconnected people (in Energy Cube from my experience). They use similar if not the same mechanics

Blade Master - Monster Bomb, I believe this causes DC also.

General rule though, I'd say avoid using any skill with special mechanics, such as "Lock-on" on Homing/Bullseye or "OHKO" from Snipe.

DoT damage such as burn or poison are fine.

What cube is energy cube again? The jq one? I'll try an alien pq soon to find out if I really am the problem . Time to suck at bosses. I don't think I accidently used bullseye though.

I run regularly with MMs and they have never DC'd from using Snipe.

Tried APQ yesterday, and had no problem. We had an FP (me), DB, 1 aran, 2 heros, 1 Drk. A bit laggier than usual but fine. Although I had to log off before we could finish xP

This pq is just so pineappleing glitchy! Today, another attempt. 2 disconnected and then me and the Aran on our team got locked out? We were at end boss stage with a Hero, BM, Aran and a Corsair. Suddenly me and the Aran were killed at the same time and we couldn't reenter after that. It wasn't the drop to bottom and jump up thingy because we got a notice saying we could enter in a while, while the timer was 0. Anybody have any idea what's causing this? Also I've had no problems using homing beacon in vpq, ever. Just saying.

That's just horrible. I hope you eventually get an awesome VIP weapon. As for the glitch(es), it may or may not be the channel. The last 2 (non-dcing/glitchy) APQs I did were on channel 13.

Most dcs happen in rooms where there are many mobs. I'm 100% sure that the room with the orbs and bomb room will dc you (and anyone within your viewing range) if you try any "special" skills there. Some people listed already but monster bomb and flash bomb will dc you if you try to use this in these rooms (using it on bosses isn't a problem though). In any case, I haven't played many jobs/classes to tell which skills causes dcs for all jobs, but yeah avoid using any types of "special" skills in these mob rooms if it helps at all.

Make sure you dont click Ok to revive when there is still a bomb that not explode yet (any room which have bomb) or still in bomb status of last boss (representative room). If you click Ok and the bomb explode you 'll die in Resurrection room and cant go in until next room (unless you use a wheel)

today after 2 weeks of not playing MS i decided to Alien PQ.

in the map with the lights which turns off after a while my MS just shut down within 1 second.
I didnt lag at all nothing. But then my MS just shut down my other 2 party members lagged heavily then.

Just DCed my whole party by accidently pressing grenade in the energy cube [blackout room]

I don't know if this is true but yesterday and today me and my aran friend traded and we were both locked out on both days from end boss room. So when you're in resseruction cube just drop the item you want to give instead of trading it. I think this is what causes one of those countless glitches sigh. Yes, I failed again today Liya . Come on more .

Yea, at least before the BB patch. Me and my DrK wife will have no problems doing it ourselves if they keep the current stats in there. Would be nice not to fail because of bugs.

I know how you feel. I failed about 6 runs in a row now because of bugs. All runs were originally manageable, but then you lose 1 or 2 members and suddenly it's near impossible.

Some new information: You can be rendered unable to move or do basically anything when a party member goes through a portal, while you're slightly lagging or freezing. This happened to me and the only way I could communicate was right click, trade and talk. If anyone has a solution for this fast I'd appreciate it cause I'm in a pq now unable to move . I tried alt-tabbing, alt-enter and dying.
