To further expand that, ff you pick an Aran, as unlikely as that might be, you only get the weapons, not the other gear. They're the best ones to get mesos on because of that. Since you can just fill up all your slots with timeless weapons worth 70k or so.

where are you guys getting dark crystal ores from? went by the book from regular gms with no luck unless they are just that rare.

For me it was when I lagged, worked the second time.

In JMSt, I went to Drum Rabbits.

IMHO, the best place is Wraiths, Drum Rabbits, Dark Nependeaths, and Luster Pixies for DC ore.

I think these are all the monsters that currently drop dark crystal ores. Maybe try these.

Pac Pinky, Dark Pepe, Lazy Buffy, Master Soul Teddy, Dark Yeti, Buffoon, Dark Nependeath, Dark Klock, Hankie, Dark Yeti & Pepe, Luster Pixie, Malady, Dark Jr. Yeti, Dark Stone Golem, Elliza, Thanatos, Vikerola, Giant Centipede [2], Giant Centipede, Duku, Slimy, Sr. Bellflower Root, Vergamot [3], Phantom Watch, Red Kentaurus, Skelosaurus, Dark Cornian, Green Cornian, Chimera, Grizzly, Red Goblin, Nightshadow, Elderwraith, Squid, Mr. Anchor, Roid, Eruwater, Afterroad, Deep Buffoon, Iron Mutae, Nibergen [3], Nameless Magic Monster, Dunas, Wraith, Samiho, Dark Cloud Fox, Paper Lantern Ghost, Drumming Bunny, Gigantic Spirit Viking, Montrecer

i was at Dark Nependeaths & Luster Pixies for about an hr each with no luck. i'll try Vikerola

Vikerolas were about 10 times faster than anywhere else I tried.

If Paper Lanterns and Dark Cloud Foxes are still in that one map together, they might be worth trying for DC Ore.

Going inside Alien PQ works. The mobs do far less damage but that's expected. Even the bombs do like 6k instead of 31k, lol.

The thing is people are so used to being able to buy the ores(or get them off a mule) they forget how rare they actually are. Good Luck finding those all the same. A quest i can suggest that MIGHT give 5 dark crystal ore; if the reward list is unchanged; is Kumo's Request in Leafre.

Since Accuracy is basically useless post BB I dont see the point of having 420acc on anything...

Some pics about the Post-BB Alienpq run, we started 3 man, then karen leaved, so we almost duoded the cleared bomb room but lag atacked me when i was about to kill the last Alien >.>, then the corsair dced and i leaved.
