anyone else blocked from game?

when i try to log in from gamelauncher, once i put my info the log-in button wont click. (if i put another acc info it goes through)

so i tried to log onto maple and got this when i tried from site




only meso exploit related i had any relation was when i sold my boots on monday for 1.3bill (they were unique 3 line boots) i was able to log in yesterday for a little bit afkd then left.

anyone else ? cant submit a ticket either since i cant log onto the site

MTS has no correlation to it. I sold stuff in MTS and I haven't received the message.

Sadly after last meso exploit wave i had the same problem.

First i had that popup saying im blocked cause of billing issue, so i wrote them an email and "got my acc" back after 2 days.
heh yea "got it back" since when i tried to log in apparently i was permanently banned for typing invalid pin / pw 5 times which was complete bs.
All i did was having a store open which gave me +/- 1-2 bil in mesos (everything was sold with fair prices, no one knew about the exploit that time).
I didnt get my acc back (RIP lvl 200 shadower and 5 years of hard work). (yes they denied it yesterday, after waiting almost 4 months for a reply to ticket sadly unbanning a known dc hacker from khaini that was on their banlist that was banned half year ago for hacks \o/ hail nexon eh?)

Only thing you can do is write them an email from the email that your ms account is signed to, so if you dont have access to it :x sorry bro time to make a new acc (also if you see your acc permanently banned you can create new acc as well since nexon doesnt unbann legits they only support hackers lawl.)

I got this bullshit too, I didn't even know of the fucking meso exploit going on lmao. I logged on yesterday after around 5 or 6 days of no MS,
it was all fine until the game crashed, I logged on the site and I tried filling out some survey which said earn 9k nx blah blah pick your location,
since I live in Mexico I can't get nx from surveys but this had an "other country" option, I click it, got disconnected and when I tried to go back on that popup came up.
I thought it might had been something related to the game crashing, but right now I cant log on my main or my meso mule, funny thing is I didn't even log on the meso mule and it got blocked too...
I think we just got Nexon'd.

I have no idea if it is true, or how he/she would know, but someone on SW thinks that when you send repeated emails the previous one gets deleted, so you effectively go to the back of the line.

I wonder what criteria Nexon used that resulted in so many false positives. Did they assume that anyone who gained over a billion mesos in the past month is probably a hacker?

Well I at least hope they unblock me I wasn't even around for the exploit and didn't trade pomegranate while I was on ms before the 2nd rollback... but it's been a week and a half and no response except the one where they asked for my ID, what pisses me off is that most hackers got away with it, and even got unblocked already lol.
