You wouldn't get it with 5k maple points but i think it comes from NLC
You can get the level 10 untradable mouse kit in henesys.

Well there are 2 rollbacks, so it's 10k on each account. And since it was obvious they had to rollback I logged on my mule accounts, so I got 40k to gach now.
Anyone that's sure about the lvl 25 rat mouth?

Not sure about those, but I think they're also discontinued.

I'm very certain that they were discontinued. Last time I checked when rat mouths/lv 40 branch noses were gachable, a rat mouth was ~25 mil. If they were still around, they wouldn't have shot up to ~250 mil for a crappy one.
