Anyone interested in starting up some (relatively) regular SP L4D2 matches? Like, once a week or so just get together and have friendly versus matches or do some campaigns together or something. As for TF2, anyone interested in getting a server/finding a server for us to regular? I'm sure most people have them, but it might be fun playing with members of the community.
EDIT: For PC, since I kind of forgot the 360 version existed. However, people with the 360 version could also discuss games to be set up.

I'm interested, and I do have the time, TF2 and L4D2. My Steam ID is cloudy94 if anyone wants to add me.

I think if we made use of the Southperry steam group and had events though that people might be more inclined to remember something is going on. I'll admit that I generally don't like those pop-ups, but I could never really commit to a time either, so it would be better if I happened to be told of it while being on. As far as servers, I just tend to jump around to whatever happens to have the map I want at the time and just zone everything everyone says out asides from in game movements, but it might be nice to find a nice community to join that I could put up with.

Now that I'm "done" L4D, I'm up for L4D2 at night on weekends. :3

I'll be honest in saying this, but I don't enjoy the whole zombie farming genre. At certain points, this also makes getting through HL stuff for my friends irritating to me. Not that I can't handle the stuff... I just don't see why people enjoy it all that much.
Anyway, the reason I say this in this particular topic is that L4D2 is on sale right now for 5$. I got 7$ left in my account for all sales here on out, so I was wondering if I should go for this. While I may not like zombie games in general, I HAVE played the Zombie Fortress mod style games in TF2 and enjoyed those and was told at one point that it was basically a rip off of that game.
Bought the last two indie packs so far, and I'm not sure if another will pop-up of interest, so just trying to get some input on the value of things.
Oh, and did we finally get around to finding a regular time to meet up in TF2? I think I have yet to meet any of you in game at all except for a random encounter with someone I didn't intend to see who thankfully didn't recognize me.

WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH the Zombie fortress mod is NOT like Left 4 Dead 2. Hell, it's wayyyyyyyyy off the mark. L4D2 is basically getting from point A to point B with 3 other survivors....and a lot of zombies in the way. You gotta use teamwork. You gotta communicate. And in versus mode, you gotta have a mic since you have to coordinate attacks as the special infected, or scream for help if you're the survivor.
I have to admit after a while it gets boring, especially if you're playing with randoms. You gotta play with internet friends to have the maximum experience.
