ITT: You will name your favorite in-game glitch for any game.

Personally I enjoyed

I did it at a friends house once. ^^

Once, when I was playing Sonic adventure on my sega dreamcast, I suddenly traspased a wall and wandered in that white void for a while, after I got back, everything was downwards, even sonic.

I have tried SO many times, but I still can't repeat that amazing weird glitch.

That and the "geddan" glitch from golden eye.

Minus World.

I mean, come on, it's legendary enough to be used as part of the plot in Super Mario Bros Z.

Duplicating Pokemon in Gold/Silver. I had like 6 level 100 Typhlosions.

I've seen it happen a couple of times, mostly when you get hit by a charger and happen to crash at the same time.

Those are some interesting bugs that I've mostly never known about. The most recent one reminds me that I have no idea where my Mew certificate went. The thing might be worth something despite the fact I sold and reset the data from the games.

Boomers, right?

Such a classic.

My personal ones for the most part I can't say since they were from pre-release forms of the games. But I suppose my favorite would have to be a broken ragdoll response in a game I tested a while back. If an explosion killed a (downed?) enemy, there was a chance for the ragdoll's polygons to go crazy and start stretching to the point they covered the entire screen. Fixed of course by final when they just made ragdolls vanish instead. Shouldn't really talk about even that, but I gotta say, you run into some really funny bugs when you work as a tester.

The Spy Taunt Dead Ringer glitch in Team Fortress 2.
Basically, the 90% damage reduction applies to the first hit you take while taunting with the Dead Ringer out, but doesn't have you fake your death or cloak.

Ergo, taunting Spy just sits there and lives through a backstab, sniper headshot, any tauntkill with only one hit, etc.

Ahaha.

As soon as I read the title I immediately thought of the SSBM black hole before even opening the thread up.

Boomers glitch when Masteria first came out was pretty lulzy as well.

lol@soul capturing vivec

Not sure if this was purposely implemented, or if it was by accident. But I do remember doing this in Morrowind.
