But, there's a catch. Everyone on the face of the planet would know that you killed a chinchilla, you wouldn't be charged with murder or anything. But, everyone would hate you, your family would disown you, and you would never have any friends. But hell, with that kind of cash you could buy people to like you. You'd be shooting the chinchilla with the most lethal handgun on Earth. You may experience guilt and people would... well, you know what I mean.
