The spidey account was long dead before I banned Yotsuba. It was not in any way shape or form involved with the mult-itude. Yotsuba is who I unbanned because Yotsuba is who spidey had been known as for months at the time of its removal.
The derpdork was a rather different case. Spidey was rightfully and legitimately banned. Every time.

I know that Patchy has the same IP as Kunagisa. I wasn't talking about this account, Eos. I signed in with Patchy on the same day that I made this account, without changing my IP or using a proxy. Just like how Patchy had the same IP as Yotsuba. But that's getting off topic a bit, I'm not here to make war with you.

If I understand the moderation policy right, warns and infractions aren't based on severity, they're based on history. If Typhoon's committed earlier offenses, he should know better, so he gets an infraction.
