Aran attack decrease per mob hit
#1
Quote:1 mob = 100%
2 mob = 70%
3 mob = 60%
4 mob = 55%
5 mob = 52%
6 mob = 50%
7 mob = 48.57124285621428%
8 mob = 47.5
9 mob = 46.6%
10 mob = 46%
11 mob = 45.45%
12 mob = 45%

* IT applies for all Aran skills/ attacks.

I don't know if this is already solved, but I've found that out myself since I've bored.
This is the percentage of attack being dealt when an aran hits the amount of mob listed above.

There must be some kind of formula for this I suppose, since it goes by an ordered decrease amount. (Will try to solve this later)

This is a bit more accurate.

Those doesn't seems prefect at all, having 12 monsters and only damaging 34% of the original damage.
I did a test with a max-ed stat Aran, hitting 12 monsters will give 89,999 damage on each mob and originally I can hit 199,999.

It was calculated by [(damage / original damage [1 mob]) * 100]

Edit : After looking at the other thread, it seems that different server might have different formulas?

(2x+3)/(5x)

Where x is the number of monsters in the mob.

That's a private server, bro. The formulas are whatever you set them to.

Easier way to check this:

Fight two mobs at a time somewhere in GMS, let's say they have 100k HP. Use only your regular swing. Wait for crit ring to activate. the mob that it activates on wont take 100k damage... it'll be reduced (I've seen this happen a ton... with me hitting a mob for 60k+ in O4).
Take down this number and we'll have our answer.

Test for 3~6 later.

Notedly though, this wont allow for testing on 7-12, but we might be able to get a formula based on 1~6.

Edit: just in case... I should point out that I meant the crit ring's instant death, when I say wait for the ring to activate.

Do Aran never get above 6 targets for the initial swing? The way I'd figured it was +1 target every 20 levels, ie. 2 targets 1-20, 3 targets 21-40, 4 targets 41-60, 5 targets 61-80, etc. - but I admit I haven't got a 100+ Aran to test.

I did no modifications to things, those are based off a maxed stat Aran just for the formulas.
The damage display are always client sidded, and it can't be modified in p.server unless you go into deep memory editing.

Gee you're a cool one Smile Thanks a lot.

As far as I know there isn't a change for the number of targets, I believe it was all specified in the .WZ file.
The only thing that toys around with skill/character lvl is perhaps the animation with crusher/power strike and such o.o

This is for Overswing skill itself, [Double swing and overswing]
